We held New Technology Introduction Show 2022 in our Gifu factory for 4 days from 18th (Tue) to 21st (Fri) October. Due to the COVID-19 we carefully and safety exhibited it following Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s guideline in this year. We sincerely appreciate all vidsiters and companies involving this exhibition.

This theme was “New Ideas Spun by Screen Printing : a common sense approach”. In addition to holding explanatory meetings and consultation sessions on the two new businesses, “Prototyping and contract manufacturing business started in 2020 and “consulting about products,” screen presses, foil stamping machines, and roll-to-roll screen press, which was updated conventional machines with new functions, were exhibited.
This time, we divided the area into two sections.
The first was the “Hard and Technology Area”. We showed examples of how Sakurai’s screen printing technology is being used by customers in a wide range of industries with our new one-pass and labor-saving technology and presses. In the area, the new MS-80DDS fully automatic screen presses, inkjet / screen printing and foiling combination line, and the MSDR30 combined line were exhibited, and the production of samples on each machine was shown as a demonstration.
The other was the “Application Area,” where we held a briefing session on our new business we started in 2022, “Prototype-specific contract manufacturing,” as well as a clean room tour in our factory.
This time, we adopted an invitation-only system, which allowed us to slowly guide each customer who came to our booth. We would continue to support the creation of new markets by utilizing the experience we have gained over the years to fulfill the various needs of our customers.
