We will be hosting a seminar in collaboration with SATO Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “SATO”).

“Achieving Printing Precision: Exploring the Potential of Screen Printing Through Verification Data”
We will present actual verification data to illustrate the conditions and adjustments we made to achieve high printing precision by varying factors such as squeegee angle and speed.
We will explore the potential of screen printing by showing you, based on data, how printing results vary depending on screen printing conditions.

We will introduce the “electronic circuit formation technology using a printing method with paste containing micron-sized copper powder” developed by SATO. This technology simultaneously achieves low cost, high conductivity, high productivity, and reduced environmental impact, and aims for application in a wide range of electronic devices, starting with the mass production of RFID antennas.

Exhibition of FHE and Print Accuracy Samples
We will be exhibiting printed samples of FHE (Flexible Hybrid Electronics) made using copper paste.
We will also be displaying samples that allow you to verify the printing accuracy firsthand, so you can see for yourself the high-precision screen printing technology in action.
Joint Exhibition with SATO
We will present “Electronic Circuit Formation Technology Using a Paste Containing Micron-Sized Copper Powder,” developed by SATO, through a panel display.
Representatives from SATO will be stationed at the booth on the day of the event and will be available to answer technical questions regarding copper paste and electronic circuit formation technology on the spot.
