This department specializes in the design of screen press using 3D-CAD and 2D-CAD. We design high-precision screen press that meet customer needs based on the know-how we have cultivated through various design projects.We design machines that comply not only with national standards but also with EU standards that conform to CE marking.

This is a super-large three-dimensional measurement machine of Germany Carl Zeiss company, which was introduced for the first time as a printing machine manufacturer in Japan. Measurement accuracy is at the 1μ level. This large three-dimensional measurement machine, which can measure finished units as they are in a room controlled at a constant temperature, contributes to maintaining the processing and assembly accuracy of printing machines and ensuring high reliability.

An automated warehouse management system that centrally manages parts from warehousing to storage, picking and shipping, and inventory management. When production plans are entered into the system, parts required for the planned production models are delivered in a timely manner, thereby contributing to production efficiency.

Each function in the equipment is assembled as a unit and install the main body as a unit. The assembly as a unit realizes assembling precision in pursuit of accuracy in every detail. assembly to the main body as a unit makes it possible to realize manufacture of products of the same quality with no individual differences.

Completely assembled printing presses are subjected to quality tests based on strict standards. Only machines that have passed multiple tests, not to mention printing accuracy tests, are delivered to customers.
